About Pete
I was born and raised in South Tampa, so this market isn’t just where I work, it’s home. I understand the neighborhoods, the lifestyle, and what makes each part of Tampa unique because I’ve lived it firsthand.
Real estate has always been a part of my life. I grew up around the industry, learning from both my father and my grandmother, who have been involved in real estate for years. My grandfather owned a construction company, and although I never had the chance to meet him, the stories about his work and work ethic stuck with me and shaped how I view this business.
I graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, which strengthened my skills in negotiation, marketing, and client service. I bring that same structured, business-focused approach into every transaction.
I take a hands-on approach with my clients, prioritizing clear communication, attention to detail, and strong representation from start to finish. My goal is simple: to make the process smooth while putting you in the best possible position.
Outside of real estate, I value staying active, being involved in the community, and building long-term relationships, not just transactions.
